1. Who we are
This website belongs to the practice of Dr. Rohan Mehta, Consultant Neurologist, who consults at Solar Hospital, Naranpura and Lilavati Clinic & Wellness, Ambli (Bopal), Ahmedabad, and online by video. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Dr. Mehta and his clinic team.
2. What we collect
When you request an appointment or a call back, we collect:
- the patient's name and whether they are a new or follow-up patient
- your mobile number
- the clinic or online consultation you choose, and your preferred date and time
- the main concern you select, and any short message you write
Please do not send detailed medical records through the website forms. Reports can be shared with the clinic team directly when they contact you.
3. How we use your details
We use your details only to:
- call or message you to confirm, change or remind you about your appointment
- prepare for your consultation
- answer a question you have asked us
We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not send promotional messages.
4. WhatsApp and phone calls
If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your message is sent through WhatsApp (Meta) and is also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Calls and messages are handled by the clinic team.
5. Who can see your details
Your details are seen only by Dr. Mehta and the clinic team who arrange appointments. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep your details
We keep appointment requests only as long as needed to arrange and follow up your care, or as required by law. Details that are no longer needed are deleted.
7. Keeping your details safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your details from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please share only what is needed for your appointment.
8. Cookies and maps
This website does not use advertising cookies. Pages that show a Google Map may allow Google to set its own cookies when the map loads; this is covered by Google's privacy policy.
9. Children
Appointments for children should be requested by a parent or guardian, who shares the child's details on their behalf.
